As demand for our services has grown across corporate affairs, crisis and change and within our financial services specialism, we have strengthened our team with appointments at both junior and senior levels spanning our Edinburgh and London offices.
We are especially pleased to welcome Lesley McPherson as Associate Partner. Lesley is a seasoned corporate communications leader with extensive experience from senior roles in banking, life assurance and local government, having served on ExCo and advised at board level. Her expertise spans corporate communications strategy, reputation management, crisis communications, stakeholder engagement and culture change. Lesley is based here in Edinburgh.
Joining our Edinburgh team as Associate Consultant is Louise Burt, a strategic communicator with a strong background in content creation, copywriting and campaign development. Louise has supported clients in the past including Tiffany & Co., Royal Mail and major UK banks, and brings valuable project management experience.
Rounding out our new appointments is India Willsher, who joins as Associate Consultant in our London office. India is a public affairs professional specialising in financial services, with experience in policy research, analysis and stakeholder engagement. She holds a master’s in Politics and Communication from the London School of Economics, where her dissertation on women in conservative social movements was published in the LSE 2024 Dissertation Series.
